Have you tried holding f8 as soon as you turn on the computer?
If so, then make sure everything is hooked up correctly in the computer tower itself, as this is risky it could save you alot of money. If you decide to open up the computer tower make sure the computer is turned off and the power plug is disconnected.

Take the computer to a service shop. When questions such as yours end up on Yahoo answers or similar answer forums, it's a good gauge you are in over your head.

The BIOS has nothing to do with the CPU or OS, it is mainboard specific. IBM and Lenovo use the F1 key, while others use various combinations. But the BIOS setup is not your problem. You have an issue with the computer starting into Windows.
