A party supply store should have it.
Maybe a craft store, with easter coming up you might find it in michaels, or walmart... that's usually a seasonal item. But the party supply store should carry it year round.

Try Michaels, Cost Plus or a store that offers a good selection of gift wrap. I have found it at Cost Plus in rolls for doing gift baskets.

Your best shot will be to go to a store called Michael's, or another Hobby, or arts and crafts store.
