It is a little hard to give fares, Amtrak, Greyhound Buslines and all airlines require departure cities.
So I have included the links to all, you only need to choose departure location, dates, one way/return, etc for fares.
http://www.amtrak.com/servlet/ContentServer?pagename=Amtrak/HomePage
http://www.greyhound.com/home.asp
This is United Airlines link:
http://www.united.com/
And this is a list of other US airlines:
http://au.search.yahoo.com/search?p=US+airlines&fr=fp&ei=UTF-8
If you decide to drive, this is the link to mapquest:
http://www.mapquest.com/
It will give you mileage, driving times and directions; but there again you need a departure city.
Once you have the mileage; you need to work out how much it would cost for gas/overnight accommodation and other on-road costs.
Whichever method of travel you decide on, have a safe trip.
