Ok for even more detail

Sygate Personal Firewall (Firewall) (IMO it's better then Zone Alarm and atleast I can play Nintendo Wifi on it, once I get it set up)

Norton Anti Virus (Anti Virus Program)

Webroot Programs as listed
Spysweeper (Spyware thing)
Window Washer (Helps clean unneeded files)

And another Spyware thing, AOL Spyware Protection.

Get a free firewall like ZoneAlarm here http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/company/products/znalm/freeDownload.jsp
ZoneAlarm will make your pc practically invisible by closing ports (stealth) or won't respond to a request from a suspicious server.

What are you doing for security?

You need one (and only one) anti-virus program. Update and run it often--at least once a week. AVG offers a free anti-virus program for home use. This is a top-notch program.

You need one (and only one) firewall--and not the XP firewall (it covers the ports from responding but doesn't block transmissions going out the back door of your computer). Turn it off and get a good firewall--Zonelabs offers a free firewall (free for home use). Configuring this takes some getting used to.

Download multiple (anti-)spyware programs. Adaware is an excellent free program, as is Spybot.

Hi

Ok, there are a couple of things to know here , for that to happen it could be that you have a spyware on your pc or a troyan , now do a scanning first , then depending on the firewall its how to make the config , but since i dont know WISH type of firewall you have , if you can tell me it would be better

since you are using sygate setup a filter and block the ip, send a nasty gram to the abuse email giving them all the specifics. If it continues ping the ip a few times to let them know that you know they are there.

There's no way to stop it. Your best defense is to have all unnecessary ports closed and not responding to requests.
