It depends...How Gay are you or how Gay do you want to appear? Maybe it's acceptable in 3rd world countries as an ornament or religeous relic or part of native dress and more acceptable in that society, but here in America, you either are Gay or maybe a fashion diva starting, maybe a new look! Once upon a time, men didn't wear bracelets until maybe the I.D. braclet came to be popular back in the fifties. That died out and the gold link men's bracelet became popular. Who knows, the next trend could be anklets?

Men and Jewelry usually don't mix. you can wear a wedding ring or a taste-full watch, maybe a small earring (never a hoop), a religious type charm on a necklace, that sort of thing. these are pretty much the rules for straight men.
hip hoppers and other such music/celebrity cultures wear allot of flashy jewelry and that's OK too. But if you are not a rapper and not trying to look like one stick to the aforementioned criteria.

guys can have a bone trough their nose if they want ,its a free world ,well it used to be .
but a ankle bracket is symbolic of a slave chain ,and signifies that the person is taken by somebody else ,in other words spoken for.
