Very early tomorrow morning, I will be waiting in line to get the Nintendo wii. I've never done this before so I have no idea what to expect. I'll have warm clothes and a blanket, and a book to read. Any other suggestions?

You need a partner.
You need something to drink.
Your partner holds your spot while you pee, and visa versa!
Your partner also provides companionship and a certain level of safety.
Bring snacks!
Good luck!!

P.S. Here's an old construction workers trick. bring cardboard to stand on, you will be suprised at how much warmer you will feel!

I had to camp out before christmas to get the wii.
you should take some hot chocolate in a thermos, maybe some food to munch on, a chair, anything else that can keep you from getting bored.
Don't forget there will be other people so you'll probably have to be social.
I was first in line but started the line at 11am the day before, they came available at 8am.

Take some peanut butter crackers and a small amount to drink ( not too much, then you'll need to find a corner to pee ). Other than what you already have planned, just be ready to rush in and get one. Hopefully they will do like some stores did and give out numbers in the line, to cut down on chaos. Good Luck.

People know you'll have money on you carry extra in your purse at least 1 hundred and have your credit cards and other cash in your shoe. Addicts only need 6 bucks for H and 25 for crack so give them the hundred make sure it's in smaller bills so it looks like the amount for the Wii they won't wait to count it they'll just take off.

I would wait about a year or so, then buy one dirt cheap at a garage sale. It will be an antique by the time you make it to the front of the line. Plus, at a garage sale, you can usually get several games thrown in for next to nothing.

yes....you need lots of snacks, something warm to drink, a pillow and company. Make sure you know where the closest bathroom is too. You need a buddy to keep your place in line when you gotta go. Good luck! Oh ya...not to be negative but you might wanna bring some mace(sp?) or a pocket knife in case there are crazies out there!!!!

Other than to stay warm, make sure that the place you're going to be at actually has Wii's in stock. Other than that, also have the money. If you're basically guaranteed a Wii, you've got it.

carry some handwarmers - the kind you can buy at your local superstore. some chips. something to drink. don't get something hot. you'll either drink it all or it will get cold. get two bottle of water - drink them slowly or you will have to go the the bathroom. If you want take a real lightweight lawn chair. some pepper spray if you're a girl

that should do it.
good luck

You do not want any drama fighting over the Wii do you? Seriously, bring something to protect you. A weapon to be exactly. Just in case anything happens cause alot of people will go crazy.
