My favorite day trips are to the small towns of La Conner (between Mt. Vernon & Anacortes) and Coupeville (Whidbey Island). They have great little shops, cute cafes and the drive is nice too. If I have time, I also like to stop at Deception Pass State Park and go for a little hike from the bridge down to the beach.

I guess from Enumclaw, it'd be kind of a hike, but if you have time, maybe you could stay overnight either camping at the State Park or at one of the B&B's if you have the money (I don't!)...

My favorite place to go is the Seattle Center. But, you mentioned that you've been to the Pacific Science Center, so I assume you've been other places in the Seattle Center.

It's my favorite because there's so much to do there. Not just PSC, but the Center House, where there's usually something special going on, the Children's Museum, the Space Needle (which is cool, especially at night), the monorail and so much more.

My second favorite choice would be anything you have to access by ferry. I love the San Juans. I also really like driving to Whidbey Island across Deception Pass, driving down the island, taking the ferry to Pt. Townsend and driving back home (or doing it in reverse).

Fado's Irish Pub is a ordinary of mine. For shows circulate to The Showbox Theatre or El Corazon. Kerry Park is interior the Queen Anne section and has the a number of superb perspectives of the Seattle skyline and the Puget Sound. look into Pioneer sq. in case you haven't any longer already. It has a ton of historic past and a lot of cool bars, golf equipment and eating places. additionally, the Seattle Underground excursion is located in this district. Take a ferry over to Bainbridge Island one afternoon and wait till it gets dark back back over to Seattle. The perspectives and the lights furniture are breathtaking. Seattle is an outstanding, marvelous city!! :-)
