gallons to a litre? if you are asking how many liters to a gallon, its 3.8.

How do I figure the cost per gallon when the pump uses liters?

A liter is 1.0567 quarts. There are four quarts in a gallon. So, multiply the cost per liter times 3.78. If the gas costs 50¢ per liter, then it costs $1.89 per gallon (3.78 x .5).
