---------------- x ---------------
1 kilom x kilom

then it is 1000x=700

therefore it is 700/1000 then you can simplify it to 7/10

1 Kilometer = 1000 meters
?? = 700 meters

700 Meters * 1 Kilometer / 1000 Meters
