I need a shirt with no seams around the neck or shoulders.?

I wear bib overalls at work. I wear a t-shirt underneath but the straps constantly rub my shoulders and neck raw. I can't be the only one who hates this. Is there a shirt that has better or no seams than regular t-shirts?
