Relationships should start small. Being friends is a great thing! Don't blow it! It takes time for the whole "LIKING" thing to grow, so don't rush it. You might push too hard, and lose a friend.
And besides, girls don't tell guys how they feel. Guys tell girls. What's the fun if you have to do all the talking? And how crushed would you be if he didn't feel the same way? Just give it time. If he reveals his feelings, then it makes things better on the both of you. Yeah, I know guys take forever, but that's normal. Just be patient. Don't blow your secret, especially when you might not like the same guy tomorrow!
Keep it on the "friends" level, before you upgrade to "more than friends" and beyond.

You should dress sexy and still be his friend but ignore him a little bit. Let him speak to you first. Pretend he is no big deal and say how you think so and so is kinda cute. If he likes you he will make a move if not he will just stay friends, but telling him you think someone else is kinda cute will make him wonder if you think he is cute and then he will start thinking of you in that way too if he likes you. But remember you have to look sexy and be confident around him and stop worrying about making him feel uncomfortable.

You should make sure you guys know each other pretty well. Like, he knows your personality and your hobbies and just stuff like that. Also it seems as though he's interested in being friends with you, or atleast talking with you. After that, don't wait any longer! Just ask him out. Because if you wait too long, he will get so used to being just friends with you and nothing more, that he couldn't possibly imagine you being his girlfriend. Go get him, girl!

If you have a feeling he likes you go for it but if you feel like it would make your friendship awkward try to forget about him. If you can't forget about him, though, you should tell him and if he is a good friend he will try not to make things awkward for you.

Find out his interests and begin talking about him and his interests. Whether it goes into a relationship from that or just friends you've won!

u should take things one step at a time. allow him to show pieces of himself to you as you show yourself to him. once you both have done that then you can tell him how you feel but dont come on to im too strong or he might start to back away from you.
