Yes. If you start to micromanage everyone, it will drive them crazy and only exhaust you. Let them make the small mistakes and correct them only on the big ones that will hurt the company.

If overall the employee does a good job, overlook it. Be realistic, you are not going to get perfection. And if you pick on all the small mistakes, it destroys moral. You never make a mistake? Everything we do is flawed in some way.

not ignore them, figure out how to fix the mistake or turn it into a positive if at all positive. If your the boss, youll find no one is immune from making the small mistakes that happen including yourself

not necessarily ignore it, but don't over react. Its best if you don't micromanage people. They never learn if they don't make mistakes, give them the opportunity to learn from them, unless the mistakes become detrimental to the job.

It depends on what you do as to how bad the small mistake is - if it has big consequences then you should rub their nose in it as a warning, that way they don't do it again.

Probably not. small mistakes give the company a bad reputation, and as an employee you have a responsibility to the company.
