Ok i was wondering does a normal DS come with picto chat or only the Light nintendo DS

The regular DS also have picto chat.
For all intents and purposes, the DS and DS Lite have identical functions.

Both DS' are identical except for the DS Lite brightness settings, and its' smaller design.

They both come with PictoChat, but I don't know why this is important to you. PictoChat is the biggest disappointment in my DS. I have never had the chance to use it. :'(
