Bless your heart. Just keep being you and one day when you blossom, you can tell them to eat their hearts out because you will be beautiful!

Unfortunately, kids are just cruel. If you're so polite and smart, they might be jealous of you.

I got made fun of growing up for having red hair (called Annie, Ronald McDonald, etc...), pale skin and long legs. Do you know what's ironic about that? Those are the exact qualities that men find attractive in me now.

I also was made fun of because of the clothes I wore. I couldn't help it that my mom made a lot of my things because that's what she could afford.

I got good grades just like you, and I had good manners.

I wouldn't tell you to change just to appease them, but maybe you could think of some witty retorts that don't involve profanity. Keep on working hard at school and being polite because those are traits that will be valuable in the long run. You'll be a tougher person for having lived through their ridicule ~ I know I am.

Good Luck!

Continue being nice and polite. It would be bad for you to get angry or bitter. As time goes by the mean kids will regret making fun of you. It's a very childish thing to do. Stick with people that like you. Remember this: The decisions you make as a kid can greatly impact your adult life. That's why I say you should continue being nice and polite. That makes a person beautiful. When people become offended and angry, eventually those negative emotions will show up in their face. Just be a happy girl and hang around happy kids.

I'm in 6th grade and was in elementry school last year. Alot of times kids would make fun of this girl because she would tell on us, her parents wouldnt let her watch PG-13 movies and she wore super werid clothes. Other kids at my school had strict parents or not the best fashtion sence but they were them selvs.

Be your self dont tell people stuff that will confuse them find common intressts and don't come off to strong. Friendship will grow naturally don't force it.

Rember you can't get along with everyone. Some people are just immature. If you don't get allong witha certaint group try another one. Good luck!!!

Totally Ignore it, because you are beautiful on the inside thats what counts, stay that way!
You will turn out to be a total Hottie in high school, & by staying the same sweet way, will be make you even more beautiful than you are blossoming into.
Most of the time the not so pretty ones in elementatry school turn out to be the most beautiful, most popular, prettiest girls in high school, and the ones like that now, have become not so pretty and boring.
Hang in there girlfriend, life only gets better with high school and college.

aw, some people are just plain mean. i think life starts when you get to middle school, you can develop your own interests and excel and live your life. having said all that, what is the problem? does your mom buy you nerdy clothes? are you just not as "grown up" as the other kids? you could try to fit in a little more if you think clothes will help you but you need to be true to yourself. there are girls who have tons of friends and maybe they are mean to you. ignore them. better to have one or two close friends than a whole circle of them who aren't true to you. i know that elementary school can be tough, but hang in there. get a sport or a hobby and you will have friends with common interests. good luck... by the way, i'd rather be friends with someone who is nice and polite than someone who is popular!

Darlin don't worry about it. I've been there and done that. When I was in elementary school I was the "tom boy", the boys didn't like me, and the girls thought I was weird. Its not that your not good enough for them, just that their not good enough for you. Hunny all I can tell you is be your self. They may not like you now, but when you get a little older, you'll find out the coolest thing you can be is yourself. The only persons opinion that matters is your own.

Exactly what happen to me. Well, you should just ignore them do NOT let them see you cry if that does not work tell your parents and they will probably talk to your teachers, and if that doesn't work make sure that your always with a friend so that they will tell the person to "knock it off" and then maybe your friend will se what a jerk that person and then the bully will lose another friend. Hope this helps.

well, i'm sure your very pretty, and they could make fun of you because they're jealous. Or theres 2 other reasons:
1. Because you act like you don't care that they're making fun of you, and they feel they can do it more because you don't do anything about it, and if that's the case, tell them you don't like it.
2.you don't need to put on makeup and act all preppy and everything to solve your problem: just don't hide and be yourself, and talk to the people that were makind fun of you.
I know because i'm in elementary to. (5th grade)

I know how you feel.
Next time sombody laughs at you, direct it back at them in a meaner way ;)
My mom always told me, if someone pushes you, you push them harder. Then punch them in the face. :P.

If some jock comes up to you and say your ugly, just tell them 'at least i actually HAVE a brain!' You can easily make people respect you like that, or you can end up being mean. Dont get to carried away with it. And dont feel bad about it. Remember, looks really arent everything.

Kids can be cruel. I know it is not easy listening to harsh remarks. It is also hard to ignore. Talk to your parents if you can and see if they can help you find a solution. Beauty is only skin deep, so they must be pretty ugly for saying hurtful things. You have a whole life ahead of you, think positive and you will be a true winner.
