is there a program whrere i can choose my own resolution?

my psp takes 280 x 272.. i have a 800 x 600 pic how do i change it to the ressolution i want..

Third party softwares are not reccommendable because they'll cause clashes that could have your system crashing.

Please use the OEM correctly.

get photoshop.
