Yes, it certainly would. And what is hatred, war and murder. For the greater part - religion. One group of beliefs trying to impose their cult on everyone else - or eliminate the opposition altogether. The second is the search for wealth and power - these two do go together. When you come down to it, the farmer on the plains or paddies, the worker in the factory or the shop, cares little about what the other guy believes in or his lifestyle. The average person, worldwide; does wnat peace, stability and the opportunity to make a living, have his friends, possibly a family and have something for retirement. It is only the very few rabble rousers and their couterie who are causing all the fuss. They are usually politicians (including dictators and self appointed governments) or religious leaders. Collectively they want only one thing - Control, Power, wealth and subjegate the rest of the "People" undertheir rule. There is nothing that corrupts faster or more completely than absolute power. Did we mention politicians and religious leaders.... I thought so.... Eliminate them and the world would immediately have peace. Int he Hippie era ther ws a question posed - "What if someone gave a war and nobody came?" So we can ask - what if the Armies - the dogs of war - refused to respond to the master who hold their leash? What then would be the next excuse for fighting without armies? Someone would find one.... Isn;t that sad?

Guess it depends on what the greater good was.
If they were truly an enemy you wouldn't--you'd try to do it on your own or find a friend to help.
