94th percentile is very good. That means you scored better than 94% of the others who took the test this year. Percentile only goes up to 99%, so only 5% of all students who took the test this year performed better than you.

Your scaled score will go up a bit by SAT time (presumably a few months from now). And you got 94th percentile. So you are doing well.

that is not too good actually, if you intend on going to good schools.
The PSAT is a lot easier than the SAT so you can't just add another zero at the end of this number.

M.I.T for example, has an average SAT of
SAT Reasoning Verbal: 660 - 760
SAT Reasoning Math: 720 - 800
(this is the old SAT)
so to convert that, it's approximately:
2070 - 2360

and that's only the Middle 50% of the First-Year Students

In conclusion, you better work on your SAT skills.
