SF State is NOT a residential campus. I'm not as familiar with San Diego State, but I'd say it's the nicer school to go to in terms of quality of life.

SF is fun, but it's freaking expensive and the weather's not good. Plus, SF State is on the other side of the city from all the fun stuff (other than Stonestown mall).

Then again, while I love the weather, I find SD kind of boring. But SD State has a football program so the oncampus atmosphere should feel better since SF State doesn't have any.

I know that SDSU has a very good nursing program, but it's incredibly hard to get into. San Francisco is more expensive to live in, off-campus, and San Diego has better weather all year. On the other hand, San Francisco rocks! :)

i might % SFSU in view which you're extra probable to discover a great pastime out of faculty in SF than in Chico. besides the shown fact that, i heard chico is a social gathering college so which you will probable have a extra appropriate social existence there (SFSU has a tendency to be a commuter college)
