U'll find malaysian girl is not that easy to approach..
they are several ways to approach nice girl.
1- u have to be active in groups such as (nature groups, WWF groups, or charity groups) this is where u can find nice girls.
2- u can go to clubs & bars.. but the best is club let say Modesto or Soux.. u also can approach girls they without being turn down. these are the place where girls expecting to be approach.
3- maybe u'll find one when u r travelling in groups or any activity.
but it's much more less likely to get friends by this way.

The key to being able to make FRIENDS in any situation is going to be communication so hopefully you have thought about this and have started to learn Bahasa Malay. It is a relatively simple language. Asian people are very appreciative of those who take the time to learn their language. You will find that you will get alot of attention if you speak their language well, especially if you can pick up the local dialect and idioms.
As for the best places to meet "nice" girls. Other than the fact that you will generally find most Malaysian people respectful and nice, you will be able to meet a more vocal group of ladies at the Universities. Anywhere there is a campus you will generally find a more open group of people, less timid or shy.
I would also suggest that you go to art gallery exhibitions, live theater performances or concerts.

Malaysia is a potpourri of cultures and ‘races’ – don’t be offended by the word race, it is a regular feature here everywhere and you will often be required to state your ‘bangsa’; if you are ‘white’ you have to state ‘Caucasian’… So in Peninsular Malaysia you will find Malays (the ‘main race’), then Chinese and Indians plus a couple of minorities. On Bornean Malaysia (West Malaysians tend to forget, but Sabah and Sarawak belong to Malaysia and are actually the reason why we celebrate this year ’50 Years of Malaysia’) you will find many more ‘bangsa’ or tribes, ethnic entities, whatever you wish to call them to be politically correct…
Every bangsa here has of course different ways and depending from where they are they react differently to approaches. KL people tend to be open, especially those you meet in clubs and bars etc, of course… but you might find clubs that appeal more to the Chinese crowd, others that attract Malays etc. Please also note that all Malays are Muslims (and not all Malaysians are Malays, but all Malays are Malaysians!).
Learn a couple of basic Malay phrases, and if you mingle with the locals you will soon be able to pick up more, if you only make a little effort. It will indeed be appreciated wherever you go.
Malaysian people are extremely friendly and hospitable, and if you don’t hasten things I am sure you will be able to find a nice partner here!

Very, very modern. You'll love the city which is well-balanced with traditional condition. However, be careful with foreigner's interventions. They have a sum of crime cases before, so be careful. Police there is wonderful, which I thought was like in other areas of Malaysia, not so up to standard. Guess I was wrong. Only thing I hate about the city - approx. 75% of them are smokers. Sorry to say but it's the truth.

Very Easy! my girlfriend is Malaysian. They are the nicest and most beautiful people in the world. If you are white you'll get loads of positive attention. If you're black..... sorry but people throughout south-east Asia have no concept of p.c and will happily tell you that all blacks are drug dealers and criminals(not my personal view obviously!) if you are Indian then people will assume you're local since there are large Indian and Chinese communities over there.
Oh! and just to be a pedant, not all Malays are Malaysians, Malays also make up a majority in Brunei and minority communities in Indonesia (as well of course as the U.K., North America, the middle east etc.!)

Not Hookers! Good for you! Go to a group of some sort, whatever you are interested in. A temple? Mosque? Church? wherever nice people meet. Yoga classes, that kind of thing.
