As far as I know since it has been lisenced by viz it's hard to find the manga online so best bet is to pick it up at your local manga carrying bookstore.

But if you like fushigi yuugi you probably would love Yuu Watase's other works (the creator of FY) You could try this site it has downloads of some of her other works
