you don't know much about US history do you. The only ones we've actually called losses, are actually conflict or police actions
such as Vietnam and Korea.
So I would learn your history before you come on here shouting insults about the US. I see you haven't put your country of origin down?

Only if the citizenry wakes up to the fact that it is sometimes necessary to fight one. The evidence is not encouraging. al Qaeda has made no secret of its belief in, and continuing reliance on, the US's distaste for waging a long and apparently futile war, and expect (with good reason) to win by default. Once that happens, and they recover Saddam's WMD stockpile from Syria, the US could see devastation that would make 9/11 look like a Sunday school picnic.

We can win a war against any nation on earth. Its just we have no clue as what to do after the war is over. We get bogged down in police action-in trying to rebuild some third world nation. We went into Iraq with a solid gameplan on how to overthrow Saddam, yet it seems like they didnt even consider what to do after that-what happens next or how to set up a new government.

Well, we sure as hell love fighting them. So, taking into account all the wars we will no doubt start in the future, it seems like we're bound to eventually win one, just as a matter of statistical probability.
oh, and to those who say the US has never lost a war besides Vietnam- you should look up the war of 1812, when the US tried to attack Canada and they kicked our *** and burned down the original white house. It's no wonder we like to leave that one out of the history books.

i don't get what u mean...america has won wars before--and i think we understand we can't just beat anybody; we aren't gonna start a war with russia and china any time soon. besides, mostly i think the government gets involved in war when we feel threatened by something, like communism, terrorism, or no more oil...also, i haven't seen us try to start a war with a nuclear weapon wielding country yet...even if places like north korea and iran hate us...and i'm gonna guess u aren't american? cuz u sound a tad bit mean---and i'm not fat! i weigh 120 pounds, at 5''6. perfectly normal
