Condoleeza is a brilliant woman, but she must follow the conservative regime of President Bush, she is not allowed to make decisions without the approval of our current administration. I believe she was chosen as Secretary of State for her brilliance and her ability to represent the United States in
discussions with other countries and establish prestige for the Bush Administration.

She doesn't have "policies". She works for W and is responsible for carrying out his policies. As for your other thoughts, if you did some biographical research on the web you would have the answers in about 5 minutes.

Bush needed a yes man for the job also needed to show America he has put a black in his office. I feel she is poorly qualified.
