Okay, make up removing wipes work the best. Even some from Wal-Mart. Also, Merle Norman botique has some wonderful make-up removing creme that works VERY well and it is VERY high-quality.
Have you ever thought of not wearing water-proof mascara? Just you know, regular mascara? It really isn't neccesary unless you cry quite a bit or you do something on a daily basis that involves swimming or water...or your eyes water badly. =]

Waterproof Make-up Products: No Need to Re-Apply
Waterproof makeup products are the best way to wear mascara, eyeliner and foundation because they stay put until you're ready to remove them. After all, nobody wears makeup only to have to reapply it! But sometimes we forget that water proof cosmetics are such a great option. Swimmers, models, runners and travelers know that sweatproof, smudge proof and water proof makeup products make a lot of sense, but the rest of us need to be reminded to use them. The question isn't so much, 'Why do some people wear waterproof makeup?" It's "Why don't we all?"
New Cosmetics Technologies in Waterproof Makeup Mean No More Clogged Pores
Some people worry that waterproof makeup products will stress the skin or clog the pores, but modern make up technology has created lines of liquid eyeliner, nontoxic cosmetic foundations and even stage makeup designed to go on smoothly, stay on endlessly and disappear without a trace when you take them off. You can find waterproof makeup with sunscreen, and these days, SPF is a non-negotiable, either in your makeup or under it. Scar makeup is a prime example of excellent modern day waterproof makeup: if you really want to conceal, you want it to last, and new scar concealing body makeups do the job.

Do you have the right makeup remover to remove your waterproof make-up at then end of the day?
Wearing water proof, smudge proof or sweat proof cosmetics means that you'll look great all day or all night. But you still have to remove your makeup to let your skin breathe! Before you go to bed, take the time you need to carefully remove every bit of makeup from your face—foundation, concealer, blush, eyeliner and shadow, lip color. Take it all off with your favorite waterproof makeup remover and follow it up with toner or moisturizer, depending on your skin type. Leaving makeup on overnight can cause clogged pores, breakouts and grubby pillow cases, so stay up three minutes longer and get your face clean before going to bed.
Learn how to gently remove your waterproof make-up.

I also use waterproof mascara and tons of it, the way I take is off is to....
1. Close my eyes completely and gently rub baby oil onto them until I can feel that the Mascara is off ( you can rub firmly just not to were your ripping your eyelashes off) sometimes you will have to do this reapeatedly on one eye when wearing lots of Mascara
2. Wipe your eyes clean of ALL oil
3. Next I always wash my face with my normal soap and make sure to gently wash my eyelashes with the washcloth
This is pain free way of totally removing your mascara not your eyelashes!
Hope I helped!

I just answered a similar question... I use waterproof eyeliner myself, and those makeup removers don't work on me.
Inexpensive method:
- Believe it or not Johnson's Baby lotion (any kind) works! Will not irritate or sting, as it is made for babies. Apply to tissue and wipe off. Seeing as you use a lot, you might want repeat multiple times.
Expensive method:
Sephora's Cosmedicine- Healthy Cleanser. I believe it says to wet the face first, but I've spoken to one of the sales associates, and we agreed that the best way is to apply and then wash off with water. You don't have to rub too hard, and it washes ALL of my waterproof makeup right off! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT!!! However, this product does run somewhat expensive for facial wash... $30 or maybe a little bit under!
Good Luck!

First of all, I suggest, that if your eye makeup remover makes your eyelashes fall out, that you get some different remover. Perhaps try some hypoallergenic remover, since that could have been an allergic reaction.
Next, I say be patient! Patience is the key when trying to remove large amounts of mascara...trust me from experience. Don't pull and only rub very gently in small circles.
Good luck, and be careful!

Whatever you do, if you wear contact lenses, get them out of your eyes BEFORE you get that mascara off. Try using the same brand of waterproof remover as the mascara. I'v gotten mine off using baby shampoo, which also is good for facial cleansing as well. But because it is non-tear, you may prefer this to any kind of "soap".

find some oil based eye make up remover and be gentle with your eyes they a sensitive i also suggest either buying a mascara that is not water proof or putting less mascara on. many girls think that mascara gives their eyelashes something and makes them look better but too much mascara can lead to spider looking eyes which is very unattractive

True Cosmetics has an awesome makeup remover that is safe for your eyes. Lancome's is also reasonable good. Better for you to use less mascara, have you considered Extreme Lashes eyelash extensions or one of the eyelash growth products?

Use olive oil to take off the mascara with a warm, wet washcloth. Not hot--warm. Do it gently!
Leave off the thick mascara! It will dry out your lashes!
At night, gently massage your lashes with a bit of vasaline or olive oil to condition them.
Lay off the masara for a few days as well.
Good luck.
