Anime: Trinity Blood, Gundam SEED, Gundam SEED Destiny, Air Gear, Bleach, Innocent Venus, Ergo Proxy if you into Witch Hunter Robin, Wolf's Rain.
Manga: Black Cat, Naruto.
Anime and Manga- Death Note, D.Gray-Man, Samurai Deeper Kyo.

i dont really read manga, but you could try Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Trinity Blood (if you like shows about vampires) and if you want to see the movies off of shows i would suggest Cowboy Bebop the Movie, Final Fantasy Advent Children, and this year when Trigun X hits the market (hopefully it will make it to the US this year, cause it will be realeased in Japan first) anywho, i hope that helps

can you give a bit more info. what do you like shoujo, shounen, joesei, ect. it be a help, I love my manga more than anime so if you give the type I can give you some.
But until I know Bleach - because you can't go wrong with that
