It took me some time........
As this did interest me favourably...
And my findings are as listed...

Only two-thirds of the Hvac can be used as a deduction....

Heating and Ventilating are necessary components of survival..,

But the air conditioning aspect of the encounter is looked upon as a luxury.......

Try to get your technician to pad up the acceptable portions of this expense as to fully benefit the deduction....

(p.s. for air conditioning......I just leave the fridge door open and put a fan next to it that creates a nice cross-wind)
