So I have to quit my job in Ca

I think because of family reasons and you have to move because your wife got a job, you should be able to get un-employment if you worked enough hours and earned enough pay in the previous 12-18 months, also. I had a friend that moved out of CA and she got unemployment, because she moved with her family, she even went and took advantage of furthering her education in the new state she was in while on unemployment. So good luck on your move. You might also try calling the state that your moving to and talking to their Unemployment office.

You have to be fired or layed off to get unemployment. Plus if you move, no more unemployment. If you need a job that will move with you I really love what I do. I work from home for an awsome company that is a BBB member and offers benefits, 401k and full training and support.

If you have adequate hours and income for the relevant quarters , probably . . .
When you get to Colorado, apply and ask the clerk who handles the out of state claims.
We have no real facts here, so we are just guessing,
Ask the people who know.
