My brother keeps drawing this symbol on the bathroom window after he steps out of the shower. It is a heart with a equilateral triangle on top of it, the point of the triangle connected to the top v of the heart. What is it?

Its called a heartagram... It is most commonly associated with the metal group HIM (also with Bam Margera, but this is because he is closely associated with HIM). It is sort of a half pentagram/half heart. Showing a balance of sort (like a yin-yang). It is commonly interpreted at "Love Metal"... Heart part meaning love, and the pentagram part symbolizing metal (since many heavy metal groups have embraced the pentagram as a symbol of the rebellion that metal holds so dear). This symbol holds no religious/anti-religious meaning or anything like that though, so if this was a concern, don't worry about it.

The heartagram has a few different meanings. One of which is the symbol for the band HIM. Also I believe Bam Margera uses this symbol which was licensed out from HIM which means he pretty much pays the band to use the symbol.
It's basically a symbol of love, death, good and evil as told by its creator Ville Valo.
