At my school everyone knows my name even if I've never met them before. I usually don't talk to people and when I do I'm really quiet (but with a deep voice). I wear black every day and listen to Rock. Whenever someone picks on me everyone around me makes them stop. What is it that people find so different about me?

You probably have that special something. Most people who do don't realize it. Don't listen to people who put you down for asking. god forbid anyone feel they might be special. I am sure you have no idea how special you are, and you might never because for everyone who says you are you will find plenty to try and bring you down. It gets slightly better after school, but not much. In the end what you think of yourself is really all that matters.

I was never that popular...But from experience it's a lot to do with confidence. Yeah, most of them are goodlooking and have a combination of being academic, athletic or artistic. I think the main thing is confidence because that makes you outgoing and you can put yourself out there and meet new friends. People tend to gravitate towards confident good looking people, which can be an unfortunate thing given those people aren't always the nicest or smartest people on the planet. But hey that's the way the world works!

I think popularity is sweet. I am a guy myself. But popularity is awsome i mean look at me i am zac efron imagine all the girls chasing me. EWWW some of them are wow and some are ewww. So if you don't want to be popular just look ugly. i don't know. Do girls like you. Just act the oppisite for a while then get back on track

Probably because they think your like the hottest guy in school or you have a great sense of humor but if anything you should enjoy the ppl that know your name cause then that means your gonna have a lot of friends wich I don't have and I am a sweet,hot,rea;;y nice girl.But I guess we always don't normally get what we want huh?
Well I am just gonna say just enjoy that they like you and ur popular cause in life your gonna need every friend you can get even if there kinda geeky or koo koo.

You are popular because you are not some stuck up kid that thinks to much about what other people think. When you are popular, it means people wanna be like you and they like you, being popular doesn't mean people have to bow down to you.

All of these questions go through everyones head. ( I feel like I am a councler ) hehehe sorry. OK This might because you kind of stick out. With your outfits, but is not anything to be ashamed of. I am not saying you should go to the mall right now and buy a whole new wardrobe. I would be very proud of you because everyone sticks up for you. That is a sign that angels are watching over you. Are you nice to people? Maybe they dont find you so different. And dont confuse being known and understood (or attempted to be understood) as being popular. Popular people are in a close knit in crowd. You are probably just liked

well, u wear black everyday, so it's not necessarily that u are popular, but that everyone knows who u are. they recognize u, cuz u stand out. u are well known, it seems, but i don't think that's the definition of popular. everyone really wants to be your friend, if u are popular, and they think u are cool...and they defend u cuz they are decent people. obviously, some people seem to still criticize u, but most people think your a nice person or whatever, so they tell whoever to stop being mean. that's really the sign of a nice, decent person. there are people that i know by name, they aren't popular, may not know who i am, that i would tell someone to stop messing with, if it occurred....also, u could just be really cute or something; and u kinda seem a tad sure of yourself, don't u?
