Very strange, because they open up with NO PROBLEMS when I use Firefox.
Any advice ?

Not interested in IE7 at this stage!
There is no error as such, the screen just hangs as blank and empty. "Done" message at the bottom of page.

As I said, it works fine in FIREFOX so I tend to think its a browser problem rather than a HOTMAIL problem.
How can I check if I have "pop-up blockers"

either you have a pop up blocker on or sometimes hotmail will block certain parts of an email and you have to click "allow sender" in order for the entire email to be opened.this can be found in the area where the senders email is

what is the error. Maybe you have pop up blocker on.
