Could someone please tell me why she killed the woman in the end?? Because I missed the ending. Would someone please tell me what happend in the end?? Thank you !!!

Well, when Beth (Sarah's best friend) gives Sarah Juno's necklace, she finds an embedding which gives light on the fact that Juno had an affair with Sarah's husband. She also killed Juno, because she lied about "killing" Beth; also, Beth told Sarah that Juno stabbed her and purpose and left her there to be consumed alive. If you watch the REAL version of the movie, Sarah really does not escape from the cave. In the American version, they stop the film after she escapes. But in the real one, she was just dreaming and wakes up having an hallucination... she hallucinated that her daughter was with her in the cave. And the movie ends with the Crawlers screaming in the background.
P.S. She really did not kill Juno, she just crippled her so that the Crawlers could eat her.

She didn't kill the girl in the end she hit her in the legs so the things could get her because she finally found out that she was messing around with her husband.

She doesn't really kill her at the end. she cuts her leg to the creatures can kill her. the reason why she did that was because she was sleeping with her husband and because she killed her friend and instead of helping her she walked away and let her bleed to death. so when the blond girl found her in the cave lying down she told her not to trust her cause she'll hurt you. so she left her their to died. but they actually all die at the end cus they never make it out....

She realized that the women had had an affair with her husband.
That's why he was distracted behind the wheel of the car he was driving and got her daughter killed as well as himself.
Awesome movie!

She killed her bc the other women was with her husband, plus it would have enabled her to survive.
