You are very outgoing if you've gone to band camp 3 times. Think about what you want to do instead of going to band camp. Is there something you've always wanted to do that you didn't have time for because of band camp? I'm sure you are not a loser. A loser is someone who gives up at something, you just have new and better things to do with your life. Figure out what you really want to do instead, and be a winner by doing it.

No I don't think so at all.
A few months ago, I decided not to try out for my school play to take a break from acting. During that time I was able to rest for a while and it was all pretty good. But then I was asked to fill in a part at my theater group's show and I realized that if I would have done the school's play I wouldn't have been able to get the rest that I did or help out at a local school or be in a more professional play.
What I am basically saying is, weigh both of the outcomes.
But I say if you want to take a brea, by all means take it.
Being forced to go (or forcing yourself to go) is just going to make you think negavtively about music.
I think you'll be fine!
Good luck!

No, just because you don't go to music camp doesn't mean you're a loser or not outgoing. You're outgoing if you talk and get along with people, so keep that in mind.

No it doesn't make you loser! Do you love Music, is it your intention to pursue a career in music when you grow up. If so then i think you should stick it out and go to music camp, you will look back and know that it helped you get where you wanted to be as an adult in your career.

No, that does not make you a loser. It is not written in stone anyplace that you have to go a 4th time. Your life changes and you may find other exciting things to do while you would have been at music camp. Good Luck.

It doesn't make you a loser in any way. you made a decision why would that make you a loser? Just because you decide not to go to a camp doesn't mean you're any less outgoing either. don't worry about it.

you should be who you WANT to be. If you don't want to go then don't go. You don't HAVE to. But make sure you don't regret your decision.
