I have 2 large sponges that fit my grill exactly. If there is lots of burned grease ..soak the sponges in vinegar and let sit overnight closed. Wipe off as much as possible..then use a grease release soap and a plastic scrubby to remove the rest of the grease. If you use foil on the grill..like an envelope for the meat..it won't get greasy again.

I always plug in the grill and let it get warm and then take a damp dish rag or either 2 damp paper towels and wipe it down. If the grill is cold it is much harder to clean. If it doesn't come completely clean with just a damp rag or paper towell then you can use a small amount of dish liquid but just be sure to wipe it off several times. You don't want your food tasting soapy the next time you use it : ) Hope this helps.

The fastest, easiest way I've learned to clean ANY pot, pan, grill, etc. is while it's super hot, put dish soap directly on it...add a little water and let it foam. It should come off easily after that. If that doesn't work, just use Easy Off.

Get a new one, or plug it in and use a abunch of water soaked paper towels first to clean off all the burnt on soppins. Than take a clean toothbrush to get into the grooves and tight places

I put a wet paper towel on mine and plug it in for a couple of minutes to loosen any gunk on it, then unplug it and use hot water to clean/scrub it off.

oven cleaner and be sure you take the plates OFF before using it and clean them in the dishwasher (or by hand) COMPLETELY before using them again. (don't leave any oven cleaner on the plates..it's a caustic and will cause you harm)
