I used to have a book called "How to Read People Like a Book" about interpreting body language. For instance, someone with their arms folded is usually considered closed off, they've already made up their mind. Do a google search, you'll probably find lots of sites with drawings and interpretations.

You don't wake up one morning after reading a book knowing how to read people.. you have to get through some messy experience first.. get out more.. meet more people.. talk to them.. and after a while ( to some that means years.. to others just months) you'll know.
I tell you this much.. books do not compare with life itself.

Experience. After getting fu(ked over by others a million times, you should be able to gauge whom you can trust and whom you should probably avoid at all costs.

listen to your elders and actually listen to them you will learn alot, they are masters at it, if they tell you to be weary of certain people you can almost be positive that they are right, they have lived longer and seen more, and are wiser
