Different manufacturers also differ in sizes. To add confunsion to the whole thing, patterns are usually cut in bulk by large presses, meaning the "size 4" pattern on the top of the stack is not the same size as the "size 4" on the bottom of the stack. Sizes should be used as a guide, not a statement of fact. Find the outfits you like, plus one a little smaller and one a little larger. Try them all on. Don't get upset if the larger one fits better, it doesn't mean you are larger. It just means that you found the one in the entire stack that fits better.

Well, what are your measurements, that would help. As a general reference point, I am 5ft2, 120lb and a size 6-8, so I'll say a size 8-10, although everyone's body will differ.

You're 45 and you can't determine your dress size? Are you sure that you're really a woman?

go to the mall and find out for your own self, people cant always determine by just a person's weight and height,it depends on the body shape too.

take it from one that loves to cross dress, just go to the mall and ask the sales girl to help you, they make money on the sales and don't care who they sell it to,so just go and have fun
