My Window's Media Player is the 11th version I think...for some reason it is not detecting my Mp3 player...what drive would it be? I have like 4 usb outlets on the front of my computer. Any suggestions????

just go to mycomputer and use the drive that shows up as your mp3 player. and then drag and drop from windows media player. The only mp3 players recognized my windows media players are the microsoft ones and the ones specified.

did you install the software for your mp3 player?
once that's installed
plug it in then open My Computer - you should be able to see all the drives in this section and which ever drive letter is used for your mp3 player
once you locate the drive letter assigned for your mp3 player - double click to open it
then open the folder to where your songs are located
then drag and drop them in to the mp3 drive folder
this should transfer those songs to your mp3 player
