I would probably cook more of Rachel's recipes, but Emeril Live can be more entertaining. I'd have to go with Rachel though.

Rachel Ray because Emeril dissed her a few months ago.
I thought it unprofessional for him to bad mouth someone (in his field) who's helping people learn how to cook in a practical, realistic manner.
R.R. seems so down to earth, which is refreshing.
