how do I make a sig with paint shop pro 9?

I am new to paint shop pro and want to learn how to make my name glitter.

Well if you want sparkles or something, you can do light points (colored or not). If you want them to actually twinkle or move, you'll need an animated gif editor (like animation shop - I believe that comes with PSP).

Do you have animation shop as well? if not, you cannot do it.
