Watching my young daughter ride her horse on the trail for the first time.... with a smile that lights the surroundings like the sun.
Being there...and seeing my grand-daughter being born and holding her first.
Sitting in McDonalds...with my 6 yr old grand-son..eating happy meals...taking pictures of me and him...and having him say...'You're the best Mamaw'.
Watching my oldest daughter with her children...and being so proud of the mother she is and knowing I had a part in the outcome of the person she is.
Watching my sons work hard and be so proud of what they are accomplishing thru that hard work.
What makes my brown eyes blue....the love I have for my family and the actions I am blessed to see.

My eyes are green, but they got blue tonight when I stopped at a service station restroom with the same floorplan as the one we stopped at as I took my husband to the hospital to die...the memory of that hit me really hard. Even more bittersweet...I was on my home from grandchild's first birthday party.

well, i have brown eyes, but if you want blue eyes, then, you could get contacts that change your eye color.

My eyes are green (like your's) but they only turn blue when you aren't around :)
