i hear everyone talk about this
and in the new nanos i see nike+ipod in the menu,
but what in the world is it???
and details on how you use it please

It is a kit you can get, where you place a sensor in your shoe, and the kit keeps track of your distance and such. It has many features and is great for joggers. And it costs about $30.
