It is clearly undefined if the Big Bang will stop or it will continue to expand.There are two possible options, the universe will continue to expand forever or it will stop at a time and contract getting smaller and smaller until it began another huge explosion. The idea that the universe will collapse after the Big bang is called the Big Crunch Theory.

Yes, it has. But the remnants of the 'Big Bang' (namely, the entire, observable Universe) are still expanding outwards.
As for what's beyond the edge of the expansion??? The same thing that was here -before- the Big Bang.

The big bang happened billions of years ago and is still going on. that big bang was the explosion that made of galaxies. the big bang is still going on and building trillions of galaxies and planets as the universe is expanding

After the big bang everything spread out from a central point. Scientists believe that everything is beginning to retract BACK to that central point again which in turn will cause ANOTHER BIG BANG
