I was playing with my retainer and it cut my tounge..How can i make it heal faster? It really hurts. :(

Buy some cloraceptic its a clear bottle with red liqued inside it helps num and heal the area

if you want to speed up the healing than i know how gross this is but you have to rinse with salt water that will make it go so much faster than if you don't do anything at all

How bad is it? Do you need to go to the doctor? When I got my tongue pierced, it only hurt for a short time. I found that slushies helped alot. That might help you too. Good Luck!!

it will only heal on its own just keep you mouth very clean mouth wash floss brush teeth

don't play with your retainer.... DUH and just dont mess with it and don't eat a lot of salt and italian dressing... :D
