It depends. More than often I turn to ice cream to calm my senses. I'm really trying to snap out of the habit. On the other hand, if I'm nervous, about a performance or audition of some sort usually I eat less because I am so caught up thinking about how nervous I am that I forget about being hungry.

this is sturdy you've had some effective outcomes with the Prozac, it made me quite drained and torpid besides, my GP replaced me on to Citalopram (40mg), this is an identical classification as Prozac so might want to get replaced right away, I had some adverse outcomes on Citalopram yet they in uncomplicated words lasted a pair of weeks at maximum. They now make me experience so a lot more effective powerful, i change into interior of an identical boat as you, starting up fights over something so trivial, i'm shocked I not in any respect were given arrested. It's different for everyone some people eat more some people eat less. I'm not sure why? When my Grandmother passed on I ate more, but my mom ate less. I think it's the chemicals in our brain. When we become depressed I'm sure your body chemistry changes and when the chemistry changes it probably affects your eating habits.

I eat more, but then I hate myself for it, so I have to get up and run, sometimes at 2am. Every once in a while, however, I won't eat for days, just because I forget to, or I don't have the appetite.

Oh much less. When I broke up with my boyfriend I lost a lot of weight. I was just skin and bones.

We got back together and I am back to normal.

If I'm just generally depressed, I eat more. But if I'm really upset over something tragic happening, I can't eat.
