All you have to do is visit different Toon Hq's and one of them will have a Toontask that has a reward of a clothing ticket.

Go in Toon HQ.Then find a toontask,then find a toontask awarding a toontown clothing ticket,after that,if you can't find it,you can go in shops such as The laughin place,Funny Bone emergency room,or zippy's zingers.If that dosen't work either,work on your toontasks until you get to get another clothing ticket.NOTE:you can only get 1 ticket every Playground you acess such as if you got a clothing ticket at minnies melodyland,you cannot get another one until you move on to the brrgh.If you find a clothing ticket,take it to the clothing shop which is on the playground that is assigned on the toontask.
