BS & AMIE both are equal to BE.
BS is more expensive when comparing to AMIE
BS - costs 17,000 Rs per sem. whr AMIE full coruse can be finished with in this amount.
For both the courses you have to spend atleast 4 hrs per day.
BS have good recognition when comparing to AMIE.
If you will be travelling onsite regularly means, AMIE will be better choice, bcoz if you miss a sem. in BS then you have to pay the sem. fees again to continue.
If you are not travelling often and money is not a deal then BS will be a good choice.
good luck.

hi
Man,you should prefer BS from Bits Pilani it can accelerate your career .
AMIE can also be used for career enhancement , but here your individual capabilities will be predominantly considered .
BS program is having regular semester pattern[ though by Distance Learning ] , so it can be completed without haze.
AMIE is tedious as regularity is not forced.
