WRT54G
Best retail router on the market & has been for some time.

Don't worry about the Pre-N, speedbooster, etc. 802.11n standards are coming out shortly, so all the manufacturers will be pushing new routers soon. Meanwhile, the WRT54G is reigning. It works with games, voip, etc. I got one from Office Depot for $50 a few days ago.

Btw, linksys has some crappy routers out there, too, so don't just get something that has the name brand and expect it to be good.

I use nothing but linksys. I currently use a hard wire router, but have used the wireless in the past.
