Keep trying man, if it doesn't work out then consider adopting, those orphanages are a scary place for kids.

I seriously understand that feeling. Took us 6 months to get pregnant with our 4th after not really having to try before- just said "let's have a baby" and 9 months later. You'll be okay. It's actually very common to try for a year.

the statistics say that for a normal healthy couple it is within normal range to try for at least 6 months before getting pregnant. I know it doesn;t make that much sense especially when it seems that teens and crackheads get pregnant the second they even touch a man, but just know that you are normal. After a year of no luck consult a fertility specialist.

Try marriage. Maybe the subconscious thought of having a child out-of-wedlock is preventing your swimmers from doing the trick. Also, your girlfriend may be too stressed with the possibility of giving birth to a bastard child she does not ovulate properly. In any case, grab your girlfriend and go to the courthouse and get a marriage license, then to the Justice of the Peace for a marriage certificate. After you are married, you'll find the drive to have a loving family relationship with children who will love and respect you both for the rest of your lives will be most satisfactory. Try it . . . 2/3rds of the pregnant couples get married before they give birth.

try not to think about it so hard, if it has only been 4 months then I wouldn't worry about it. It usually takes a healthy young couple 6 months, and older couples about a year. Relax and enjoy it. It will happen just give it time!
