Not directly no.

Install and open iTunes

Open the folder with all your ripped/stolen music

Highlight every song (ie: hit select all Ctrl+A)

Drag it into the iTunes window (at this point, iTunes will begin assosciating itself with all your music...this took 30mins for 4000 songs with me)

When that's done, plug in your iPod and iTunes will automatically load the songs onto your iPod. (this takes a while, so be patient)

When it says update complete....eject the iPod from the system by clicking the eject button on the iPod tab; remove your iPod, and you're done!

If you have an iPod, you need to have iTunes to import your songs. ITunes is a product of Apple and is meant for the iPod, so I'm sure that Apple wouldn't want you to be able to just get music from a Microsoft product and thus have them lose money.
