the fittings on my firewall of my truck are broke, it the ones that my heater core hoses run through, how do i take that broken fitting off, and can i put a new on there

Bypass it Conect the two heater hoses together for now.. and get a new heater core.. thats not a detachable fitting...

i own a repair shop,and i hate to tell you this but there is no fittings on the firewall that's the heater core pipe that sticks out there that you broke,you,ll have to put a new heater core in it,that's the only way to repair this one,its a job to,but that's whats broke ,good luck with it ,i hope this help,s.

now you'll have to take your heater core out and replace it with a new one. just plug up the hoses you wont heat for awhile then you'll have to take the dash out to get to it or have a service shop do it for you.
