Trust me, you dream still. But, try this....as you're going to sleep keep telling yourself (silently) that you will remember your dreams. Just keep repeating it and repeating it as you drift off to sleep. It takes some practice so give it time and keep doing this every night. And, you will start to remember your dreams again just like you used to do. :)

Yes. You are forgetting your dreams... they don't just not happen... it's black for 5 mins because you're seeing the back of your eyelids for those 5 mins before you fall asleep.
Everyone goes through a period of time where they don't remember their dreams... whether it's 3 days or 3 weeks...
Just relax - I mean, does it really matter if you remember what you dream EVERY nite? If you aren't really dreaming like you claim, then you would be horribly run down by now because that means you're not making it into the final phase (4th) of the sleep cycle - which lets your body completely rest (this is when dreaming happens)... FYI: to make it the whole way through one sleep cycle takes 1.5 hours. This explains why some nites you MAY REMEMBER multiple dreams!

I have heard that everyone dreams regardless if we remember it or not. The conscious is always awake. One idea is try to put it out of your mind. But the how is the trick. Maybe read in bed for a few minutes??
Worry will no doubt hinder the possiblities. I enjoy remembering them like an old friend sometimes. Good luck, Sweets.

Everyone dreams, but it's not uncommon to not recall your dreams. I barely remember my dreams and I find that when I do it's usually because I was woken up during my REM sleep (the deepest part of your sleep). Make sure you are getting enough sleep and relax before going to bed, thinking of pleasent thoughts, and maybe you'll increase your chances of remembering your dreams...........? There is no way to ensure that you remember dreams, however, so keep that in mind.

Usually when I do not remember my dreams is when I don't have enough sleep. Try settling down earlier in the evening, with a good book and/or soft music. If you snore and/or wake up really tired in the morning you may have sleep apnea and that would need to be treated.

you definitely dream during the night , but the fact is you can not remember.
humans dream at least 3 to 5 times in one night, but they can not remember. off course some people who think too much will have more dreams than others . the thing is we dream in the different times, at the beginning of night at the middle of night and at morning, those dream in the morning are so easy to remember , perhaps you have no dream at morning and you just have at the middle of night so you can not remember that

You are dreaming, despite what you think. Have somebody observe you as you sleep, and abruptly wake you up during REM sleep, you'll realize you've been dreaming.
I mean, if you literally did not dream, why, that would mean you soul is damned, and I bet that's not really the case with you. I hope.

The hours of sleep that you get before midnight are the most importiant.. so try going to sleep around 8:00 pm for a couple of nights..

I know what you mean. I can't dream either. But I found out that at the morning or the day I have more vivid dreams.
