What I mean by Greenie is that here in the Mid-West, especially here in Southern Wyoming, is what we call Coloradans. The reason? Their license plates. Also just ask a non- Coloraden in the Mid-west about it.

The Greenies I am familiar with are little chewy bones for dogs which clean their teeth. They're a deep shade of green, hence "Greenie".

In the Southeast, Greenie refers to a 7th grader. Although I have no idea why.

In California, we can buy a special type of dog biscuit that theoretically cleans your dog's teeth and improves his breath. The biscuits are a wierd color of green and they're called Greenies. Strangely, my dog loves them.
